mrs fernadez de kitchner is trying to change argentine laws so she can run for a third term she won in 2007 and 2011 election oct 25 2015 and perhaps nov 24 2015 if required. insiders last purchase of shares by glenn oct 23 2014 so something may happen sooner than later. jv or dump is my thinking
