Alistair Maxwell is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Beacon Securities Limited, an independent full-service Canadian investment bank. Mr. Maxwell was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Clarus Securities until 2011. He was also the Director of Ferrum Americas Mining Inc. and Stratton Resources Inc. He is a former director of and current advisor to Cayden Resources Inc. Mr. Maxwell obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics from Queen’s University
