RE:All inI am not surprised by the pullback in the shareprice as the shorts are doing a full court press. The short postion increased again in the first 2 weeks of November. When you are short over 3 million declared shares between the CDN and US markets you don't have much choice. My question is how large is the undeclared short postion and are they short OVRL as well. I still don't understand why anyone would have such an aggressive investment strategy like this when you look at the risk/ reward. After seeing the number of US hedge funds go out of business in the October market correction of this year on being overexposed and overleveraged to the oil trade, I guess we should not be surprised at all. Big risk for big returns is their strategy. The ANY/OVRL close is at hand and any further weakness is just a great buying opportunity. I also see that Cyrus Capital had a big hit by being a very large (almost 33% of the outstanding shares) shareholder in Virgin Airlines recent IPO that is up substantially from the original IPO offereing price. I would be very worried being short as Cyrus will a substantial shareholder of ANY on Friday of this week. I look forward to the hearing what ANY has to say when the merger is complete. The Credit Suisse technolgy conference is next week also and ANY will be there. IMO
