Yes, I am also still hopeful of an agreement after the Dec 8 court date, as I can't see any other way out for either the Kygryz's or CG anymore. I keep hoping to hear the news of an agreement, or at least discussions! I've also asked David about the proposed offering, as I feel the need to add to this, especially at a dime! Really can't see any other recourse left but an agreement and mining again. They certainly can't afford to lost their gold mine too! Maybe Christmas will come early for us? Been scrooged for 2 1/2 years! glta
