I think most people here know how to find the daily trade markers and insider reports and there has been only one sale by Pinetree for 1 million shares that occured on Oct 27. It is obvious that Pinetree needs his technology investments to perform well to restore his debt to asset ratio back to 33%. Selling a rising star does not help in this regard and I think Shelly knows this. This why there have been no insider selling trade markers recorded despite the rise in the share price over the past several weeks.
