Betting 5 cents before Christmas

Betting 5 cents before Christmas Lucky number SEVEN! Does it count when it's 7 cents? Or can it still be considered lucky when it's dropped 100x in value in a few years? I would say it's probably a lucky thing that the management didn't bank on being millionaires, but even with penny stock, they are still lining their pockets. Seriously, how many execs/employees does it take to run a 3900 boe company? And how is it, when your stock is that low, that you are able to fork over 1/2 of your market cap total into 'retention bonuses'? Dear Doug, do you really need a CFO, Controller and Assistant Controller to count the pennies? Right, you need these three titled gentlemen to bamboozle the auditors every quarter... Do you really need 8 VP's and so many managers? for 3900 boe's?
