Russian Federation Council, at its meeting today, November 26, ratified an agreement with Kyrgyzstan on the development of economic cooperation in terms of Eurasian integration. It is expected that within two years for these purposes will be allocated $ 1.2 billion, according to "ITAR-TASS".

The document provides for the development of cooperation in agriculture, apparel, textile, manufacturing, mining and metallurgical industry, transport, housing, trade, business development and infrastructure.
Under the agreement, signed two days ago , November 24, the parties will develop a program of bilateral cooperation in the conditions of the Eurasian economic integration, as well as create the Kyrgyz-Russian Fund for Development. The authorized capital of the fund will be $ 500 million. The first $ 100 million already received prior to 31 December 2014, an additional $ 400 million - until 29 May 2016. In addition, the Russian side undertakes to bring to the fund vysokolgotny loan of $ 500 million to the International Development Association and without warranty of the Kyrgyz government.

Kyrgyz-Russian Development Fund is established to implement the agreement between the two countries on the development of economic cooperation under the Eurasian Economic Integration, signed on 29 May this year in Astana.
The fund was established to promote economic cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Russia, modernization and economic development of the Kyrgyz Republic, the effective use of the opportunities arising from participation in the Eurasian economic integration.
The Fund will finance self-supporting projects in priority sectors of the economy of the Kyrgyz Republic by providing loans, equity and the use of other financial instruments in dealing with business entities registered and leading its activities in the Kyrgyz Republic, including in the following areas:
- Agribusiness;
- Clothing and textiles;
- Manufacturing industry;
- Mining and metals industry;
- Transport;
- Housing;
- Trade;
- The development of entrepreneurship;
- The development of infrastructure.
