Can I get a job at SPO

Can I get a job at SPO

Check this out. Nice work if you can get it. Just keep raising cash and paying executive salaries. Maybe the executives can explain why they pay themselves so much money?

Nine months ended September 30, 2014 compared with the nine months ended September 30, 2013

For the nine months ended September 30, 2014, the Company reported a net loss of $1,948,997 versus a net loss of $586,766 in the comparable period for 2013. This increased loss is mainly attributable to the ramp-up in operations during 2014 after completion of the reverse takeover transaction in December 2013. The total expenses of the Company are expected to increase in the future periods.

Marketing, general and administrative expenses were $1,420,296 during 2014 versus $375,458 in 2013. This increase is predominantly due to increased consulting fees for executives. A number of key executives were hired late 2013 and early 2014. See “General and Administrative Expenses” below for a further breakdown. These expenses are expected to increase in future periods.

The Company also increased research and development activities in 2014 as it focuses on the development of the social media sponsorship infrastructure. The Company incurred $399,695 of research and development expenses in 2014 compared to $92,725 in 2013. These fees are expected to increase going forward as more people are hired.
