I'm confused - GIB you started this discussion by claiming the current BOD were inept or implying some form of fiduciary malpractice on their part.  Your most recent post suggests that "the issues with WZR are less about the oil price than they are about the ongoing conflict."  Which is it?  Mismanagement or geopolitics?

Furthermore, if you have any idea who independent directors of this business are... ahh f@ck it... why am I wasting my time.  Congratulations Gibb... after many months of seeing you ramble on about a stock you seemingly have no vested interest in (yet you are more than willing to spew wisdom, clairvoyance, and extrasensory perception on WZR and capital markets in general)... adios.

And don't worry, there is no risk of you coming across as a smart Alec or anything remotely close to intelligent.
