RE:Comparing PLS v HBKon #8 I meant to conclude that HBK may have very low production/mining costs - its glacial spree - there is no overburden, no blasting, no overly difficult mine planning. Its also on the tidal mark (how good is that). I think once it gets up and running at 500,000 tpa - you'll have a feel on unit costs - my sense is well below averages - this is a very low cost of production aggregate mine, with a very high ASP to a local captive market. With hopefully little marine risk.
Perfect storm. If there is allignment here - the outcome is powerful.
