RE:RE:RE:The 100,000+ shares on the ASK
This is an apathetic shareholder base. I think that interested partners would be smart to make an offer for the whole company in the 100 mil range. People would jump at 60 cents per share on a buyout even though the real value is quite possibly 10 times that amount. With no significant insider participation in the stock to speak of it can probably be had under 60 cents. If the company had management and a BOD with real invested skin involved its a different story but the BODs biggest shareholder has jumped overboard with a tidy profit I understand. Its easy pickings and everyone can walk home with their bag of pennies and blame the last CEO and his team.
