Totally agree...

If Glencore could get rid of all of us pesky priority unit holders they would have 100% of the smelting earnings ($70 million) and 100% control of one of the most efficient Zn smelters with the lowest power cost, on the planet.  To think they could end up buying a smelter with a replacement cost of $500 - $750 million for $80 - $150 million boggles the mind.
