RE:RE:Conference Call LinkI started my position in Feb 2014 after I read LOY's plan on student house. My first buy was at $0.72. However, the fact is LOY did not have the capacity, even now, LOY does not have it. Student housing is a very good idea. ( a few months ago, UBC decided to build a new building only for international student's accommodation. UBC is able but LOY is not ) After LOY announced this student housing plan, everyone got really excited. The reality is : LOY's student housing generates poor revenue while UBC student housing generate decent revenue. Now, my concern is this new acquisition is another item that generate poor revenue or not. Just a warning to those who are new on this LOY. ( I totally agree that education is a very good business model. My concern is : if LOY can succeed. Our expectation is high, and can LOY make it )
