RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE : TAKEOVER !Actually, Jim Prentice is lobbying hard for Ottawa to loosen the oil and gas takeover rules as we speak. Now, with funding and investment in the oil patch drying up, this a perfect time to loosen the rules. Your reason of it being an election year coming up is exactly why Harper doesn't want to piss off his voter base in Alberta and his home town of Calgary.
