RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE : TAKEOVER !Also, the takeover rules are set in stone for oil sands producers only. The other takeovers are subject to a review especially if it's a takeover by a State owned company. But it is still open and has to pass a review.

Harper is going to have to give some leniency if he ever wants to get the LNG industry going.

A foreign takeover is still possible. They're just going to have to pay reasonable price. I just don't think Orange is planning a takeover on the cheap for a whole host of other reasons that I've already mentioned.
