The CEO has in fact sold two other companies and if he sells this one he'll have absolutely no trouble finding a lucrative turnaround job elsewhere, perhaps at a much bigger operation where there's potential for a high seven-figure-- or perhaps even eight-figure-- payday.
Have you spent much time looking at their product portfolio and thinking about who would want to acquire Sangoma? Or are you looking purely at the financials and saying that *somebody* should buy them just to milk the cash.
I'm curious what type of player you see as a strategic acquiror.
