RE:RE:RE:RE:Comparing PLS v HBK

RE:RE:RE:RE:Comparing PLS v HBKThanks - I have always said - differenece of opinion and respect and good qualities on these boards.

(second thoughts overnight, I am wrong, you are right - yes, PLS would not turn their back on Prince Rupert entirely - but I think neither of these companies will be able to serve all the demand - so no ones lunch would get cut, and prices would not be softened if PLS tried selling rock products in PR).

its interesting - looking at the OPEC decision and whats happened to brent (4 yr low) and all the energy complex stocks have been ripped down 5-25% today (yes, it has been that severe - in certain names).

it ilustrates the point - of why PLS may weight more towards the predictability of urban Californian construction in principal large metro markets.  Prince Rupert is one big lumpy energy market - I do think a lot of it will happen, but waiting on multi-$BN projects when energy markets are gyrating - will take time.

also believe that HBK don't need much - I said 4 months ago - that just some pre-work(on one of these mega - projects) - a haul road or some pads for a generator - just that would see HBK sold out at sky high prices - just need an $80M piece of site establishment to get a ball rolling.
