RE:Oil industry and Pulse - buying opportunity or sell?Well, I can't see PSD starting a massive rally while oil prices are dropping, but at the end of the day they will be a survivor. Whatever the price of crude sells for, that crude is used up and someone eventually needs to go find more. It will always be cheaper to use a seismic picture of the ground then to just dig using a divining rod or some other intuitive means. . Since PSD has very little operating costs, almost no competition, and is well financed, you know that they will be around when drilling activity returns. . Is today's price the lowest it will see. Probably not. Can anyone tell you what price will be the lowest? Definitely not. Will today's price provide a great rate of return in 5 years, plus pay a dividend while you wait. I believe it will.
