As you know once/if we're mentioned in the same breath as IT, they'll be many bashers with their own agenda's coming on here to throw a grenade or 2, so it's par for the course. My only concern was the exchange halting it again to question the deal but the further we go it does not appear this will happen. So now the financing, I'm not bean counter but I read that shares were part of the equation to the Israeli co with a lump sum of cash then within a certain window, additional payment is determined if milestones/goals were achieved, so this is a good thing. My guess would be debt financing but I'm just guessing. Lets not forget they have vast as well doing what they do. All imho.
