I don't think oil can stay at $55 or $60. I think oil self-corrects quickly enough that it cannot stay that low for more than a short-term horizon. I assume that some of the marginal producers are already cutting capex, because not all of them have the luxury of hedges like TBE. Some are up to their eyeballs in debt, with no hedges, and they're already drafting up revisions to their capex I would bet.. So within a quarter or two you start to see the results and that solidifies the price of oil. Not saying it can't go to $55, just saying it can't stay there for a long period.
