W777...if there was a buyout in the works it would have happened long before now. Perhaps the patent portfolio just isn't worth all that much. For example, at the time of the Nortel patent sale (July/12) Skippen said that WIN's LTE patents were worth more than Nortel's. WIN was trading around $5 then. Another example, not aware of any patent sales that were one of the findings of the SR completed 6 months ago. As well, it appears that management (officers and directors) simply doesn't have a particularly strong belief in the future of the Company as evidenced by their actual common stock ownership. I agree, it would be nice for a takeover to happen...been sitting on this one far too long.
