Glaxosmithkline vote disclosure requirementsQuestion: Just wondering what information regarding current lawsuits against the company assets they may acquire that  GSK has to make available to their voting shareholders prior to the Dec 18th shareholder vote?
Can they not say anything about the MBX  lawsuit in Texas and just have it a straight up approve or disapprove acquistion vote?
Just wondering what the disclosure requirements are ...
Did GSK include  indemnity  clauses in their buyout agreements with NV?
Does  this come down to just a decision/risk call made by GSK mgmt team?
