I understand the lawsuit is against Novartis .. Could be very interesting if Glaxosmithkline acquires the new units and Microbix lawsuit with Novartis is still in the Texas courts ..
If Glaxosmithkline decides to use the process that Microbix has patented .. could they work out a licensing agreement with MBX ... if they did ...what impact if any would that possible outcome have on the outstanding lawsuit between MBX and Novartis
Why did Microbix pick Texas to litigate .....vs New York or California .. is the Texas legal system
faster to settle lawsuits 
What are your odds that the lawsuit gets settled out of court
I am thinking now that Novartis is selling off the vaccine units ... they may want to
get all related items off their books ... thoughts ....
