They could be one step away from being at $0.10
1) I agree regarding potential purchase price. I don't see anybody paying 100% premium to previous year's trading price, particularly if Sangoma is actively shopping themselves around. Also note that the CEO gets $700k+ with a change of control.
2) I don't agree with you that the prior exists were poor. And I don't think logical_thought would either. They're not blockbuster deals, but they were tiny companies being sold.
3) With $5M cash on the balance sheet and profitable operations, I think they're at least two steps away from 0.10.
