Why is BTE getting whacked so hard, comparatively speaking?

Why is BTE getting whacked so hard, comparatively speaking?Everyone is down significantly. However BTE is REALLY taking it on the chin!
Even COS hasn't dropped as much and they are in real trouble at these prices, never mind if oil keeps dropping? BTE is down around 18% compared to CPG as well!

The only thing I can think of is the Auora asserts where bought at a premium, took on large debt, and the timing didn't work out. Bad time to triple the debt load, even though cost of debt is reasonable!
So now they are being beat up more than the rest of the pack.
With the price of oil dropping so much they might be close to triggering debt covenants?

Thoughts?
