This one keeps on falling. Oversold? Sure! Can it go lower? Sure! The market cap is at $75M, if they can survive the low price environment it is a screaming buy. I would stop buying back shares, hunker down and wait for the storm to pass while making sure the midstream solution is fully fixed asap. If they do that, I do not see why they would go bankrupt. Not sure what is the debt maturity profile. Banks will cooperate.
