Reply from IR We are feeling the pressure of the market as well. We currently do have one of the lowest payout ratios among our peers and are within compliance of all of our covenants on both our short and long term debt. As John and Peter mentioned on Q3’s call, we would consider any and all reasonable offers as proven through our dispositions earlier this year.
