Suggest they consider revisiting Econiche as a coop venture (i.e., Association or a cattlemen/women-based investment group take over the VMC and product). The Association has access to more resources, connections and the decision-making required. And, its funny how perception of a solution can change when recipient becomes stakeholder. If successful, and Econiche one day did go into serious production/distribution...settle for an ongoing royalty and maybe the loan forgiven or equivalent.
