How can you guarantee something whatsoever? give fundaments, something to support your crazy theories.
other then that we can only speculate and fell good about it

my theories have come to fruition so far, so will my "theory" that a takeover is not in the works. Go ahead call the company, as if they'll tell you that they are however do you actually think mgmt have received any takeover offers shortly after the commodity collapse? Do you realize the effort it takes to take out a company - because I do, I've worked for resource companies for 20+ years. I know the ins/outs of working for one - believe me when I say right about now or any day now - they'll be doing the following

- mgmt meeting with board and get approval for eliminating div
- drafting that press release, that takes effort and they have to get the wording right
- updating their models, budgets, forecasting etc.
- working on Q4 results, updating the M D and A to reflect current oil/nat gas prices

M & A is not even in the picture here, no oil company is thinking about that right now.
