Old equipment and high labour costs make your production ratio's very high and unfavourable. Armtec has saddled itself with useless overhead since the days of the big merger. As I've said over and over again they lack leadership in sectors and have replaced talent with yes men for the CEO.... They find themselves right where they should be. Sucking wind to a market that is doing quite well in a major growth sector of the economy and the fabric of the nation.
