They   never  should   have  had  a  dividend  .  They  make  no  profit .   Shareholders  have  lost  heavily   and   now  will  also  pay  tax  to   CRA   re   the  dividends  they  received   even  thought   NO PROFIT    WAS   EVER  MADE   ONLY  HUGE  LOSSES  .
