How many will sell if the Land Bill passes?

How many will sell if the Land Bill passes?
I have a feeling that there are lots of investors who plan to sell on the pop if and when the Land Bill passes. This flood of sellers may keep any jump in price to a minimum. Even if the bill passes, and the price jumps, it will probably drift lower after that.

I have lost a lot of money on this stock. A lot! I am tempted to stick my neck out and buy more at this price, but all I can see is that it is really hard to call a bottom. Who would sell at this low price? Obviously someone. If there are people willing to sell at 1.15 and not enough buyers, maybe there are people willing to sell even lower.

I believe the company is worth at least $3, but you currently don't have to pay that. I think I will just wait and see and hold onto my remaining cash for now.
