In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

If not a fraud

If this company is not a fraud I see it growing easily to 30.000 BOED in 5 years. Oil price then will be $120 plus at least as all the easy fracking will be done by then.

So in my opinion this stock still looks like a very high EV+ bargain.

Hopelfully It won't be snapped up by some one with the same opinion but deeper pockets then I have.
