RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Latest TD ReportThe capital cost for a greenfield zinc smelter is between $2500 and $5000 per annual tonne so  between $600 million and $1.2 billion  NOT COUNTING THE LAND.  So yes, the asset is worth about 10X the market cap.
