RE:RE:Time to load !Actually there is a great demand for the 'heavy earths' as opposed to the abundant lights that are being over supplied by MCP & LYSCF. With China proposing a 35% tarif on the heavy (22% on light), this will encourage the buyers to find other more stable sources like QRM. The Canadian & Quebec government still hasn't shown their hand yet!
