RE:RE:CEO/CFO CertificationMeans a fair deal in the US where if the CEO and CFO aren't certified the stock can't be listed,  If, as someone says, they were going to become a US grey market stock they wouldn't have bothered with the certification.  That, along with their recnetly financials, will likely be sent to the OTC to maintian their current "Pink Sheet" status rather than gonig to the greys.

Someone at Woulfe at least is paying attention to the US market.
