RE:UHAK

RE:UHAKThis is really an uninformed comment. UHAK is a Korean agency. Do you think a school full of Koreans is going to sell in a market where schools promote nationality caps as a marketing strategy?

UHAK sellers must be a little concerned about their .52 cent stock options since the stock has floundered after the acquistion news.

As I said before, expect LOY to get a backlash from the agency market for committing an industry taboo.

Mr Ryu has run out of options.  I am sure he is comfortable dealing with the Korean market but comfortable is not how LOY is going to succed in the future.

It is very interesting that out of all the things Mr Ryu could say after the UHAK announcement
he chose...

It should be noted that students do not necessarily have to attend one of our schools for Loyalist to benefit from students going overseas to study, as we will share in the commission fees for students who might choose to attend a school in another country (for example Australia, the USA or England)".

Really , a LOY agency is going to say to a new student that they should go to a competitor!
As I said a desperate move for a CEO who nobody wants to sell to.
