Very insightful and mighty depressing. Thank you. Are you sure that the contract between Mira and Dansaki and Associated can be terminated at their will? Mira did raise capital and it did operate on the property and deliver results toward its development. It would seem odd that a Nigerian entity could just pull the carpet out from under them at will.

Is there a hail Mary left for Mira? Adjacent Oil companies have lots of $ and owning Mira shares (even for a few pennies a share) would allow them to exercise Mira's obligations and use their own funds/shares. 

If all upside options are not possible why does this company remain listed? There must be some hope out there for the Mira exe team to ponder.....
