The Road issue

The Road issueFor the sake of those who are either mislead or misleading: the project is planned to start up on a winter road basis. The all season road application is a NEW permit application and has nothing to do with the permits already in place. One is incremental to the other. Nothing risky about it. It will take time to go through the enviromental process and therefore it is being applied for now. There are no guarantees it will be approved. For the record there are many permits in place and CZN has never been turned down for one. The underground work falls under a different permit which is already in place and has nothing to do with the deposit money or the start up. All this information is available on the MVLWB website. It is cumbersome to navigate but the truth is there for all to read. And that's the truth.
