We'll find out with the next sep news. Optimization news expected shortly. They clearer need to nail down the tech without a hitch if they are expecting funding for the prototype. This engineering stuff takes time and has to be done correctly the first time if you want to move on to the next stage as a business. They've separated all rare earths in a single step so I don't know why they'd have much of a problem eliminating the Cerium first? But what do I know.
We'll soon find out....good or bad.
