I dont think the PR failures are the reason for this Gem to sink since April. But lately this has been on fire.. The only thing that is really holding it to fire is the apps. There can be some kind of scepticism in the investors whether this new apps release planned in Jan 2015 is a reality or not. So the wait game continues. Although i am really not happy with the delay in apps release, i think i understand the reason for the delays. Its not easy to meet the requirements of the banks unless you have really made the system that meets the SEC requirements. But the things are moving fast now as it seems to me and GPay is to be spinned off first to get to the point where the criteria is met. THe foundation is already laid and everything is in place to hit the button for launch. 

I have done my DD enough and i may not agree on all the negative talks at this point unless it is proved again..
