I'm guessing based on published numbers that 50 to 65 will turn off enough drill bits to meet the number of bbls/d the world can consume. The world needs 2MM bbl/d less oil. Problem is- will the drills fire back up at 65 or higher. If so, we would go down again.
Nat Gas is probably a better bet now. It is at the bottom. Can only go up and there are potentially big uses for NG. It is so much cleaner than coal.
