Collabo Innovations Inc. v. Aptina (U.S.) Inc. et alRecall that one year ago Wi-Lan announced a large new partnership wih Panasonic to be named Collabo Innovations Inc.

In doing my dd I saw that Collabo filed their first (and only) suit on August 22nd in Delaware against Aptina Inc. just days after ON Semiconductor completed its acquisition of Aptina.

I find it curious that since the suit was filed there has been no response from Aptina/ON Semiconductor and there have been no further court entries on the docket. One can confirm this on the RPX litigation website. In a recent SEC filing in October, ON Semiconductor acknowledges the suit having been filed, but say that they have not been served with the complaint.

Any thoughts?
