RE:Cant Find Any Printed Or Legal Referrence To CNSX
Just what I thought it's not "material news" until it's been approved by the CNSX. The time it becomes significant is when they have acceptance. Until that a point of time I get the impression that companies cannot press release they are perusing this avenue. Nor the application.
Thinking outside the box... It's better this way in my opinion as it keeps both avenues open, IE: TSX/CNSX for which ever accepts the change in business plan first. It's in investors best interest to get off the Venture (in my opinion) and over to the CNSX as the VENTURE has made it difficult for every company I follow to change to the agriculture sector. The TSX-V is the ones here who changed the rules mid-stream and made all the juniors go through difficult times. That's who I am angry with...not Windfire.
The Rosebud DEAL is far from dead.... there has been extensions due to the exchange. Anyone who looks at the financials, and disclosures can see ROSEBUD has been a strategic partner!!! Windfire is as important to Rosebud as Rosebud is to Windfire.... it does not take more than a few minutes to see this. Even thou they have been halted Windfire and Rosebud have been working to get things in place for getting growing.
Last I reported the CNSX was backed up...but someone posted recently that Windfire is close to getting the acceptance and trading will resume. I believe this to be fact.
Bosslady, I understand your frustrations...... rightfully so, but in the long run Windfire could very well come out ahead being on the Exchange trading with the next licence approved. It was no secret Rosebud had there application in long before the masses and has a track record of being a producer with approvals already. This is a strategic point.
In closing.... keep your glass half full (like you have been all along) as I truly see things falling into place in short order. I project before the end of the month you will see developments.
All the best,
