I know not a lot of people use PE ratios for juniors, but without getting into details, all other metrics are hilariously cheap !! I'm assuming the success from the developement wells and the expliration wells to just equal the decline rates so my assumption was maintaining the 7500 boepd for 2015.

Btw management is not as bad as a lot on this board think so ! Everyone was complaining how on earth they didn't but back shares when the stock dropped last month to 0.23 ! Now we are at 0.17.
as much as I believe the stock is very cheap I believe preserving their cash for their business is a better choice. They're also not going to go ahead with the consolidation except when the market is ready for it and when they believe that it will affect the stock in a positive way.

Decline rates or exploration success or blockades, these are all issues out of their control.
