Brookfield wouldn't face any lawsuits...I am sure Armtec will not meet the covenants of the loan in Feb. Armtec's reputation is already in the tank and if Brookfield were to force its hand I am sure creditors would be happy to work with Brookfield. Big benefit would be to reorganize the company with one union which could be done under a bankruptcy. Part of the bankruptcy arrangement would be to divest certain facilities/business units.
