RE:RE:When is 2015 budget coming out ?

RE:RE:When is 2015 budget coming out ? 7 % increase in four days is not possible according to the tape. Since the short report the stock has traded four days with about 24.5m in volume. The volume on TNX was 16m shares. Volume figures are big but lot of volume on TMX is generated by crosses by National. That i s not usually long selling to a short seller with the same institution.

CIBC, Morgan, Anonymous, ML is HFT if they are trading naked shorts then they are same day shorting & covering. Their buying & selling is pretty even. Barclays could be ETF or P trading.

I do not think that they is enough volume left. 7 % additional short position would additional 13.5 m shares. I do not think that even 3m additional share would have been shorted. With additional 3m shares they would have taken the stock well under $1.50.

There would be some tax loss selling. I have a feeling that when they will come out with a div cut like COS then you can expect some selling.

I have made a list of stocks that I am interested in & am just monitoring them & oil prices.

Based on the trend of crude & how close are the stocks trading to their new lows in second half of Dec will determine if would take long positions. Tax loss selling trades are usually low risk but for oil stocks this Dec one has to take into account the status of oil price. If the oil breaks below $60 in next few weeks & with tax loss selling then it may create ideal conditions & better bargains. Most of the oil companies would have come out with their 2015 budgets & announcement of cuts. All the bad news would have been priced in till Jan 2015 & most sellers would be exhausted. That is my thing & plan, but things change. I am re-assessing all the time.
