RE:RE:NokiaWi-Lan filed suit against Microsoft in May under the Open Network solutions sub for infringement on MSFT X-Box products (Open Network Solutions Inc. v. Microsoft Corporation) and settled last month under the RPX agreement. Prior to the RPX agreement, Wi-Lan and MSFT had 4-5 months to get acquainted before RPX stepped in. With other major smartphone/tablet players like Samsung signed, I see no reason why MSFT should not be actively pursued on handheld devices. Samsung likely has customers on Wi-Lan's radar as well. J$ promised "Game Changers" and "Big Game" did he not?
