The following was from my latest correspondence with HBK management re production delays and whether or not they have additional signed contracts in place.
They are still experiencing delays in the start-up .....Wiring of the barge load-out conveyor is completed and tested, however further wiring of the 2nd generator to the wash plant, cone crusher, screening plant, etc. is ongoing.
Weather has been a factor in the delays.....They hope to announce the first barge shipment in the week of December 15th ???
They are also preparing a large media blast around the event.
On the contract front , management states that sales contracts take time in negotiating, providing specifications of materials, etc... They are in discussions with party's on several potential contracts.
