it doesn't have to be the bad news

it doesn't have to be the bad newsto terminate the deal with ACS.

firstly, the merge deal was too fishy. you can't really value ACS bacially it is a shell itself which has little revenue, not enough cash, no solid project. I don't  understand why the board would support the deal at the first place. the only selling point was John Simmons had several successful flipping story and people here hope same thing could happen here.

secondly, it did successfully raised 1m dollar at 10 cents to keep the business running and from today's news it hints it will add new technology. so, they are trying different things which is a good sign for us shareholder. the tire processing business is too expensive for them now I personally think they should sell this business to some big players if they can convince them their technology is more advanced,

thirdly, the current valuation is not a supprise. take a look at venture index, dropped 30% from september, most of junior stocks take 50% hair cut is pretty normal. before the ACS noise it was trading around 6 cents, 3 cents now is not a surprise to me.

About Bob, he looks more on business development side while Daniel is more like a scientist. I think Bob is a right fit to the company. time will tell. we should at least give him a few months to perform. it's December now we should see what happens till next March.

for the company, if you have faith for its technology you should hold it. even with today's trading, only 250k volume which is only worth of around 8k dollars, a big buyer step in will boost the share price over  5 cents. nothing new. but if you don't think their technology is an unique good one, you might take the loss and walk away.

any tech guy here can verify their technology?
